Adventure of a Lifetime
By Susie Thompson
In 2014 Jenny Fraser hosted an international gathering and retreat for Indigenous women digital storytellers You don’t need to travel far to enjoy the great outdoors! Explore and have fun in your local coastal paradise. Fortunately ours is Fraser Island and my husband and I love exploring Wathumba Creek (Fraser’s North Eastern end) for long weekends away in our Powercat. Living a few days with the tides is perfect to restore the soul and get in touch with nature and it’s perfection. Snorkling, fishing, beachwalks, cruising the shallow waters in our dinghy and watching the sun go down easily fill our days and create those magic memories to add to our adventures of a lifetime!
